1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or use another person's account. One account per person — multi-accounting will result in disqualification and a ban.

4. Giveaways

  • Giveaways are provided "as is" and at the sole discretion of the host
  • Winners are selected randomly using fair algorithms
  • Prizes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any giveaway at any time
  • Attempts to manipulate entries (bots, alt accounts, exploits) will result in permanent disqualification
  • Giveaways may be void where prohibited by law — it is your responsibility to verify legality in your jurisdiction

5. Anti-Cheat & Account Integrity

We enforce anti-cheat measures to maintain fair giveaway participation. This includes unique account validation across platforms, monitoring of platform ID changes during active giveaways, and detection of attempts to use another user's platform ID. Attempting to link a platform ID that belongs to another user may result in restrictions or a ban. Changing your linked platform ID while entered in an active giveaway is monitored and may be flagged for review. Bans may be temporary or permanent at the Operator's discretion.

6. Gambling Disclaimer

This Platform is not a gambling operator. We display leaderboard data from third-party platforms (such as CSGORoll and CSGOBig) and host community giveaways. Any gambling you engage in on third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. 7. Browser Extension

The CSGORoll XP Checker browser extension is an optional tool provided as-is. It interacts with your open CSGORoll tab to check promo code eligibility. By using the extension, you acknowledge that: (a) we are not affiliated with CSGORoll; (b) the extension may stop working if CSGORoll changes their website; (c) the extension does not store or transmit your CSGORoll credentials or any personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code on this Platform are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable steps to maintain the Platform and protect your data, the Platform is provided without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in giveaways. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Termination & Restrictions

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, or violation of these terms. Restrictions may include temporary or permanent inability to participate in giveaways. You will be notified of the reason and duration of any restriction where possible.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator resides.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
